Kellie is a business consultant with over 20 years of financial and Human Resource experience. Prior to launching B2B Payroll and HR Solutions, she held corporate Human Resource leadership positions in the manufacturing, engineering, trucking industry, medical, and dental offices.

Throughout her career, Kellie has been a trusted advisor for small businesses and a mentor and facilitator for supervisors and team leaders in the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities included: Payroll, Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End Tax Filings, Employee Benefits, Workers’ Comp Audits, Administering Cafeteria Plans, Implementing random drug programs, FMLA, HRA (health reimbursement account), FSA (flexible spending account), COBRA, and disability plans through a third-party administrator.

Kellie also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming Human Resources professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for Human Resources.

Her mission is to help clients achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals by providing sound advice and properly designed, cost-effective insurance and risk management solutions.
