Our Story

A Leadership Story

Long before starting B2B Solutions in 2018, Kellie Traynom worked in many different roles across many different industries. While in these positions, she learned what it means to be a leader and what it takes to inspire leadership within organizations. A leader is someone who takes the initiative to set a positive example – both in and out of the office. True leadership is found through compassion, integrity and humility. It’s not about always having the answer, but being able to ask the right questions and meet the right people to get the answer you’re looking for. Kellie and her team continue to grow their leadership capabilities through monthly meetings, internal training and community involvement. It is through this continual practice of becoming better leaders themselves that the B2B team is able to empower this leadership within their clients.

Owner Kellie Traynom first started her career as an employee at an electrical company. Today, this same company outsources a variety of services from the B2B team. Managing everything from payroll and funding to audits and more, this is a full-circle inspirational story about making connections and growing our business.
